Prince Salman College of Professional Education (PSCPE) was started in 1994 as skills training institute.The scope was enlarged and it evolved into College of Professional Education to recognize the generous contribution by the Prince Salman Bin Abdul Aziz.It was affiliated with the federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Islamabad in 1998.The College was upgraded to degree level when it secured affiliation with the Punjab University for running degree classes in science subjects in 2001.Since then it continues to serve all sections of the society and especially the under privileged for whom the education stays out of reach due to personal and structural reasons.

College of Commerce is one of the educational project of the Sultana Foundation, Established in 2001 when the University of the Punjab granted affiliation B.Com-IT classes. In the same year it was affiliated with the federal board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) for I.Com-IT  classes. The classes for female students were introduced in academic session 2003-04.Since then, the college has been imparting commerce education both to male and female students. There is complete segregation policy for male and female students. In 2015, another milestone has been achieved  as college launched M.Com programme and got affiliation with University of the Punjab.

The college boasts highly qualified and competent male and female faculty under the supervision of Mr.Arif Awan (Principal), committed to impart knowledge, training and strive for character building of the students with missionary zeal.

Mr. Muhammad Arif Awan

Principal

In the 90’s no girls college existed in the area of Farash Town. A lot of girls couldn’t continue their education because of this problem. Due to insistence of the parents, Sultana Foundation decided to start a girls college. In 2001 after affiliation from Punjab University Princess Sultana Degree College for Women was started. Since then, this college has been actively imparting education to women at under graduate and graduate level. A lot of students after graduating from here have joined back as teachers and other positions.

Mrs. Ghazala Khalid (retired principal of Gov’t Margalla College For Women, Islamabad) joined the college as principal and the institute is progressing under her supervision.

Mrs. Ghazala Khalid

Principal

Sultana Foundation after starting its operation in 1994, besides formal school education a skill training institute (STI) was also established under the dynamic leadership of Eng. GP, Capt.(R) GM Siddiqui.The main objectice of STI was to extend technical training to the students of surrounding area so as to make them an earning member of families.

The STI was converted into Prince Salman Institute of Technologies (PSIT) and was affiliated with KPK board of technical education by the end of 1999. Now the Institute have professional and experienced faculty along with fully equipped laboratories.

In April 2014, Lt Col (R) Mehfooz Ali joined the PSIT as Principal and uptill now PSIT is continuing its journey toward excellence under his leadership.

Keeping in view the importance of computer knowledge in modern era the Sultana Foundation started computer education for new generation in 1998.

The computer college has three well equipped computer labs, where Diploma in Computer Technology and short courses are offered throughout whole year.
