The centre was inaugurated on Feb 07, 2014. The vision of founder Chairman was that we can change the society only by providing proper education and imparting basic know how to our youth. Our prevailing education system has failed to provide the correct path to boost the abilities of our youth to coup up with practical life challenges. Hence besides many basic educational institutions we started a new project “ Naeem Ghani Center (NGC)”
The Sultana Foundation’s Mission “Social Reconstruction through Human Development” is based on thinking of realignment, refinement and reassessment of requirement of education for our society.
Keeping in view the needs, Sultana Foundation established “NGC” to achieve the aim “Connecting Education to the Societal Needs”
This center has following 3 core segments on which workis going on.

We have embarked on series of training workshops for Internal capacity building and dissemination of New Ideas.
Goal is to have NGC known as a center if Ideas and Meaningful Though Engagement at National Level.
NGC will remain the soul of the Dr Naeem’s Islah-e-Fikr Mission, taking wider steps towards Social Reconstruction, Human Development & working for realisation of Promise of Pakistan.
